Antique Tamahagane Nail-Knife 18cm

Forged out of antique tamahagane nails, pulled out from the 1300 years old historical temple, Suo Kokubunji (National Important cultural asset). The nails were saved during a restoration of the temple. This temple was built 741 (Nara period), by order of Emperor Shoumu to pray for peace during times of war, natural calamities and a smallpox epidemic. The nail-knife was made with the intention to be your talisman.
